Orpah is a quantitative finance and analytics professional with a strong academic foundation in financial engineering, operations research, financial modelling, actuarial science, and quantitative management. She holds an MSc in Financial Engineering, graduating with an Excellent cumulative average of 90%; a BSc Honours in Operations Research (Distinction); a BCom Honours in Financial Modelling; a BCom in Quantitative Management (Cum Laude); and a BSc degree. She has completed several professional actuarial examinations and is currently pursuing the remaining examinations alongside a Master’s by Research in preparation for doctoral studies. Her interests include portfolio optimisation, derivative pricing, machine learning, data science, financial risk management, financial modelling, and actuarial science. She is passionate about applying quantitative methods to solve complex real-world financial challenges while making a meaningful impact through research and collaboration.
